Disclaimer Agreement

Please read and agree to the following terms before submitting items for consignment:

1. Condition of Items

All items submitted for consignment must meet the stated condition requirements (at least 50% new). The company reserves the right to reject items that do not meet the criteria.

2. Liability for Damage or Loss

The company is not liable for any natural wear and tear, including damage caused by environmental factors or time.
In the event of theft or loss:
- Used items will be compensated at 50% of the agreed selling price.
- Brand-new items will be compensated at 70% of the agreed selling price.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited for consignment:

Drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products.
Food and perishable goods.
Dangerous items, including weapons and explosives.
Chemical substances and other hazardous materials.

4. Pricing and Commission

The seller agrees to the following pricing and commission terms:

A monthly fee of CAD 10–15 (based on item size).
A transaction fee of 10% on the final selling price.

5. Sales and Payment

The consignment period is limited to a maximum of 2 months. If the item is not sold within this period, the seller must retrieve the item.
Payments for sold items will be made via e-transfer within 3 business days after the sale.

6. No Guarantee of Sale

The company does not guarantee the sale of consigned items and is not liable for unsold inventory.

7. Agreement to Terms

By submitting items for consignment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
